Every two weeks, our culinary team introduces new handcrafted dishes that showcase bold flavors, premium ingredients, and Chef Paige’s signature style.

🦀 Sautéed Crab Cakes — $44
Golden sautéed crab cakes crafted with lump crab meat, served over creamy tomato basil risotto with tender sautéed spinach. Finished with a vibrant basil, chive, and tomato beurre blanc for a bright, buttery finish.

🐟 Deep-Fried Branzino — $48
Crisp, perfectly fried branzino paired with rich andouille sausage grits and sautéed asparagus. Topped with a bold Creole beurre blanc for a flavorful Southern-inspired twist.
