James has spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry working with a number of diverse brands including Ruth's Chris Steak House, Rainforest Cafe, Fleming's, and Club Corp. 

Customer service has always been the foundation of everything he does, and he brings his love of people and passion for food to Soho daily. He and his staff consistently strive to create memorable experiences for every guest with our seasonal menus, cocktail lists, and special wine features selected by James himself.
